Netgen is a Danish IT consulting firm that connects businesses with Denmark’s top IT talent, offering a complete range of IT services in a new way.
Strategy
Moment, the parent company, aimed to launch an IT consultancy with a distinctive hybrid business model that offered both traditional consultancy services and more permanent employment solutions, tailored to meet a diverse range of client needs.
To achieve this, they required a brand identity and name that would effectively encapsulate their vision for the company.
Design
We developed the name Netgen—a blend of “Net,” symbolizing the digital and networking aspects of the IT industry, and “Gen,” short for “generation.” Together, the name suggests a forward-thinking, next-generation company deeply rooted in digital innovation and connectivity.
The Brand Identity was designed to help position Netgen as the IT company of the future. Playful design elements blend bits and pixels with lifestyle colors and imagery, showcasing Netgen as a brand that balances lifestyle with digital culture.
Result
After Netgen’s launch, it quickly established itself as a forward-thinking IT consultancy, garnering attention from the industry.
Netgen’s journey culminated in its acquisition alongside parent company, Moment, by the private equity firm Axcel in 2021, marking a new chapter for the company.
